There was no flat number on the confirmation; the owner said I’d booked a room, not an apartment, and when I asked for keys she refused and told me to go to another property near the airport—something I declined and asked for a free cancellation.

We spent a week with family at Pinaki Comfort Stay Malad and it was fantastic; the 2BHK was well‑maintained with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave, the staff were very helpful, and the security gave us peace of mind—great for families near Mindspace or Inorbit Mall, and everything was good.

Pinaki Comfort Stay Malad mixes luxury and affordability perfectly; the modern interiors and super comfy beds made check‑in a breeze, and its location near NESCO in Goregaon was ideal for my business trip—better than any Malad hotel for privacy, comfort, and peace, so I’ll book it again for my next Mumbai visit.
