The hotel sits right on the Seawall near the 91st pier, but the only ice machine that actually worked was on the fourth floor.

The location was great and close to the beach, yet the price was steep for what was offered; breakfast was poorly organized, a desk staff member was unhelpful, charged the full room cost and security deposit again even though it was prepaid, and she couldn’t reverse it; the second bed wasn’t made.

Loved the ocean view 💙 😍. Check-in time was delayed an hour or so even after a call to the property was made 2 hours earlier. I wasn't thrilled about that after being on the road for hours. Also, they didn't try to make it right by complimenting anything. That's definitely disappointing 😞
