Exceptional service and attention to detail that far exceeded my expectations.
The location was perfect for accessing the airport and exploring the Walmer district of Port Elizabeth.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, which was a major plus for us.
The heavenly breakfast was a highlight, although we unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy the pool and spa.

Everything was fine, and there were no issues.
The staff were nice and friendly, making you feel welcome, and the location was good even though it wasn't on the seafront; the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect and I’ll recommend it without hesitation.

The staff at the hotel are absolutely excellent! The individual care they show to all the guests is brilliant! No request was too much, they went out of their way—especially Trish, Fiela, Nospiho and Justice—while all the other staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. There was nothing to complain about.
