The location is fine. The bed is tolerable, but the pillow is horrible – it’s a foot‑long pillow that’s very uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep at all for the three nights I stayed. Felipe at reception is lovely, but the other guy who replaced him during his shift was not very nice.

Only the location is good. There are holes in the blanket, hair on the pillow, poor cleaning, a tiny TV that won’t tune.

The place was clean and well located, but I never received instructions on how to leave the key for the cleaning crew.

I slept on a bed that was uncomfortable, the sheets were tiny, and the TV was microscopic, so the bed, TV, bathroom, and linens were all disappointing.
