When I arrived, the door was open and no one was there to assist me; I couldn’t find anyone. The photos online didn’t match reality. The downstairs area was messy and uncomfortable, so I decided not to stay.

Orlando. Not enough Orlando

The location is great for Earlham Park. Don’t expect the Ritz if you’re paying 90 for the night. The place is quiet, with a comfy firm mattress. For the money, it’s what you would expect.

Orlando was so welcoming and friendly; the bed was very comfortable with lovely soft bedding. The room was airy and clean, had plenty of toiletries, and a great hot shower. Everything you could want for a stay in Norwich without spending a fortune. Thank you Orlando 😊

The place isn’t brand‑new but it’s clean, parking is easy, and the spot is perfect for catching music events at UEA; it feels a bit old‑fashioned, but that’s not a bother.
