The airport‑direct location is great, with plenty of desk and floor space for a lot of luggage. The stuff itself is good, but overall the place feels a bit old and some parts are broken. Because there are many rooms and lots of guests, the check‑in line gets very long during peak times like late‑night arrivals.

The bathroom fan was loud and couldn’t be turned off. Check‑in was slow, and I had four people watching me while two others were still checking in, creating a long line.
