エグゼクティブクラスの朝食がとにかく良くてスタッフも素晴らしかったです。 食卓を担当してくれた戸田恵子さん似の方が今回の旅行をより良い物にしてくれました。. 新人の研修生に1人で案内係として向かわすのはどうかと思いました。 最近多い教育が出来ていないというか、する気のない企業体制が見えました。 その子事態は明るくてとても良い子でしたよ。

The location is very good with a nice view and a good breakfast. There is no onsen or spa available, even if you pay extra.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and offered a stunning view from the large windows. It’s centrally located and public transport is easy to reach.

“Faded glory cloaked in nicotine smell”

The beds are comfortable and the location is good. The non‑smoking room, as well as all hallways on the non‑smoking floor, smelled extremely unpleasant because someone had smoked there recently. The staff was helpful, but after moving to the new non‑smoking room the odor persisted, so we gave up. The hotel probably looked beautiful once but urgently needs renovation, especially the old, smelly carpets. Digital check‑in was used and nobody told us that the room would only be cleaned if we used the door hanger, so the first night we had no cleaning or new towels, which was not good value for the money.

“Un hotel súper bien ubicado, pero viejo y con necesidad de renovación”

The location is superb, close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of the main sights. The hotel is old and poorly renovated.
