Aijana, a very friendly host, gave us recommendations on what to see in the town and the surrounding area. The bed was very comfortable, and the accommodation was excellent. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The location is very quiet. We recommend this accommodation to everybody. All was perfect

The rooms were spacious, clean, and the host was very friendly. Being next to a big shopping mall was convenient, but aside from that there weren’t many other attractions nearby—though taxis made it easy to get around.
Die Inhaberin war sehr freundlich. Über WhatsApp hatte man stets guten Kontakt zu ihr. Sie hat es mir ermöglicht früher einzuchecken als geplant, wofür ich ihr sehr dankbar war! Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, sauber und ordentlich! Es gab alles was man benötigte. Zudem ist die Lage wirklich super! Zu Fuß erreicht man schnell die Asia Mall mit sämtlichen Läden. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen diese Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiter! Dankeschön!

The modern Asia Mall is just a short walk away, with a good supermarket, several ATMs on the basement floor, and a large, varied food court on the top floor. Other nearby food spots include Green Chicken (Korean), Polvnaya, and Adriano Cafe, a stylish and friendly place. The accommodation has three rooms on an upper‑floor corridor overlooking nearby properties and some greenery; my ensuite was large and very comfortable, and the wifi was strong. A communal kitchen off the corridor is well‑maintained, adequately equipped, and includes a two‑element electric cooktop. Aijan’s hospitality is first‑rate; we had many pleasant chats and she shared details on attractions I planned to visit. When I felt run‑down, she provided a few items to help me feel better. Many electric buses run into the city from opposite the Mall; I took number 11 a couple of times, which brought me close to the National Museum and a major art gallery. I walked back from the city centre—at the time of writing, Google Maps didn’t show that there is a fully pedestrianised path running directly from the city centre back to Asia Mall. Despite its proximity to a major shopping mall and a thoroughfare into the city centre, the property sits within a grid of quiet, leafy streets. Water pressure is variable, but this is not a major issue.
