The food was tasty and the staff tried to help, but they often said “no” when I asked for assistance. The view didn’t match the pictures, and the room wasn’t big enough for three people. It felt more like a home stay than a cozy, welcoming place you’d get from other homestays.

The room was good and the view decent, but there’s no lift, so you’ll have to climb stairs. The staff were friendly and breakfast was solid, though the top‑floor rooms meant you’d have to walk up.

The room itself was fine, but the staff were not very helpful. When we had a medical emergency, they seemed to struggle with English and couldn’t give accurate information, like the pharmacy hours. Because of that, we couldn’t check out exactly on time; the staff showed no understanding and kept pushing us to leave, even though we were only 30 minutes late and everyone else was just looking at their phones. We felt helpless and abandoned.
