The place is clean and affordable, and the staff are nice! Even though it sits on a busy street in Pasadena, California, it’s usually quiet. The parking lot is extremely small and cramped, which is terribly inconvenient for me. I LOVE this motel because it’s comparatively very clean and relatively quiet; the staff are courteous and polite, but I always dread the parking situation!

Check‑in was at 3, but we had to wait an hour in the parking lot before we could get to our room. It wouldn’t have been a big problem if we weren’t paying far more than the room was worth from the start.

The staff stole my expensive over‑the‑ear noise‑cancelling headphones; I left them and called the office with my details, but they never reached out. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this kind of issue at low‑rate motels.
