“Maravilloso”
A ten‑point stay! The hotel feels cozy, full of charm, and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is fantastic, and the little water bottle detail is much appreciated. The real highlight is the staff: friendly, approachable, and extremely attentive. They recommend spots and help plan routes with wonderful guidance that lets you make the most of your trip. There are no real negatives, but I’d suggest adding a few more shelves to keep items from damaging the beautiful furniture, and a few extra hangers for damp clothes.
We flew in for two nights of important business and checked in that evening. After the flight, my wife felt ill and slept poorly, waking several times to use the bathroom. The bathroom entrance in our room had a strange design, with two steps right in the doorway. While exiting, she slipped on those steps. Luckily the bed was right next to them, so she landed on the bed first and then fell to the floor, making it a pretty eventful night. In the morning we were already late for a crucial meeting. We stopped by breakfast just to grab some fruit to take with us, when a man at reception suddenly said he needed to copy our passports. My wife explained we were in a hurry and asked if we could bring them back later. He replied, “If you don’t bring me your passports immediately, I’ll call the police.” My wife was so shocked that she burst into tears. I looked at him and decided I didn’t want to argue, so I returned to the room, got our passports, brought them down, and handed them over. We ended up late for our meeting, and that’s why this review was written.
“un excellent séjour, dans un cadre agréable.”
The staff’s welcome, availability, and friendliness. The location, in the island’s center, close to the airport. There were no issues we didn’t appreciate.
The hotel sits in a distinctive Lanzarote building that the owners have restored with great care. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. The interiors keep the classic Lanzarote style, creating an authentic, welcoming atmosphere. What really makes this place special are the lovely outdoor courtyards—quiet, relaxing spots where you can enjoy peaceful moments. Breakfast is varied and well curated, offering an interesting mix of international options and local Canarian products. A real bonus is the hospitality of the owners, Antonio and Maricruz, who stand out for their kindness and attention to every detail, from breakfast to guest stays. It was a truly pleasant stay, and when we return to Lanzarote we’ll definitely choose this hotel again.
“idyllique, on ne voulait plus partir”
The hotel is sublime, a little oasis amid the mountains and close to everything. Special shout‑out to the adorable Marie Cruz, her kindness, and the delicious breakfasts!
