Nothing at all. The front desk tried to scam me for more money; after confirming payment with customer care, the receptionist lied that no payment had been received. Only after threatening to call the police did he finally give me a room.

We were shocked when the hotel cancelled our original room request and assigned us a different room, then had the cheek to charge us more for it. It's clear they're just trying to cheat their customers, and we won't be giving them our business again.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a complete letdown. The lack of proper car parking was a major issue, and the staff seemed completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the room reeked of a foul smell, and they had the nerve to demand more money than we'd booked for. On top of that, there was no WiFi available, and the hotel's program hall was blasting loud music till late at night, making it impossible to get any rest.

This place was a total disaster. The room was cramped, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us. We were expecting a decent night's sleep, but it was a nightmare from start to finish. Needless to say, we won't be back.
