The room was big and clean, with a lovely view of the river and all the amenities I needed. The only hiccup was that the staff never refilled the water, coffee, or toilet paper, so I had to run to the supermarket for those basics. It was a small annoyance but didn't ruin the stay.

The room was roomy, spotless, and had a great view of the Rhine. The only downside was that streetlight seeped in through the door, making it hard to get a full blackout at night. It was a minor inconvenience.

We booked six months ahead and even checked the menu the day before because it was the only restaurant in town. The hotel answered no one was there, and we were billed elsewhere, but on the day of arrival a staff note said a loft room was available but no food, and no one else was around. The worst part was the hotel calling my phone at 2 am and 4 am with no explanation. It was a frustrating experience.
