Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, and the spa saunas were fun, insightful, and relaxing, but the hotel was completely full, so you had to wait in line for breakfast.

The location works well, but the room photos and service description were misleading because we had to pay extra to access the proper spa area; the free area only had a pool and one public sauna, and the room itself felt a little dirty.

The suite was large and roomy but a bit cramped; we paid an extra 35€ for the aquapark and could even enter for breakfast, with breakfast trays and bowls available. The signs to the spa were poor, and there were no signs at all for the aquapark. The receptionist knew we were first timers but didn’t explain where everything was. Breakfast was quite mediocre; the coffee ran out and was replenished slowly, the ice cream ran out and it took a long time before anyone added more or even tried to add any, and there were very few fruits offered.
