Mövenpick Hotel & Thermal Spa Bursa

“تجربة استثنائية مميزة جدًا جدًا”

Everything was beautiful and wonderful! The hotel’s location was excellent, its cleanliness and elegance were superb, and the staff were more than wonderful and very friendly. It was a very upscale hotel with high‑quality services. We were upgraded to a room and the staff took good care of us; I thank the cleaning supervisor Fatima, Bousha, and the bar staff Aijan for exceptional service, as well as the parking and reception staff. We wished our stay had been longer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, the air‑conditioner was very cold, and when it was turned off the room became very warm. An experience worth repeating with 5‑star service. No complaints.

“تجربة فريدة رائعة في بورصة في افضل فندق خمس نجوم فعلاً”

The hotel’s location is superb and the cleanliness is top‑level; in my view it’s the best five‑star hotel in the beautiful city of Bousa. There’s a garden in front of the property with a lovely view, and it’s close to Top Hana, the Souq Al‑Jumhuriya, and the Mall Mark. I rented a car without a driver and there’s free parking available.

I appreciated how quickly everything was delivered and the staff were friendly; the view from the seventh floor was outstanding, everything was spotless, there was no unpleasant odor, no old rugs, and the bathroom was clean and new. They even provide water for the toilet to clean yourself. The room was hot and the air conditioner didn’t provide airflow, so I opened the window instead. I didn’t bring up the issue with the staff because I could just open the window. They also didn’t have a toothbrush or an iron for clothes, so I had to ask for them.

“High price with low value”

The only thing that was good was the pillow and the bed. The staff were a problem.
