A spacious room with a bathroom, clean. Just a few minutes from the U6. At check‑in I had trouble because I wasn’t told that the key symbol must be pressed before and after entering the code. Unfortunately there is no elevator to the second floor, but it’s not a huge problem.

I requested a room at the back and that request was fulfilled. Near Ketzergasse the rooms are really noisy because the street is heavily trafficked. Unfortunately the bathroom and the night cabinets were dusty this time. Interestingly, the cleaning product for the toilet was still next to the sink, which gave me the chance to clean the dirty toilet myself.

The room was cozy and spacious, and the place had been freshly renovated. It’s in a great spot—just a short walk to a cheap parking lot and the U6, plus a top‑rated Greek spot nearby. Air‑conditioning worked well and the key‑code entry was hassle‑free, though the code arrived a bit late and I couldn’t reach anyone at first. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and early‑morning traffic from the street was audible. Overall, a solid stay with a few minor snags.

I had a confirmed booking and even paid in advance, but when I arrived there was no room ready for me. It was a complete letdown after all the paperwork and payment.
