Atmosphere, friendly staff, easy access. Suggest placing the sleeper sofa in the room.

Everything was good, and everything was also bad.

The spot is convenient, but the room they gave us was old and stank so badly I couldn't breathe; we got there at 5‑6 am with exhausted kids, had to argue with the receptionist and make several calls to switch rooms, and the room descriptions on booking and the bed layout were wrong; finally they moved us to a refurbished room on a higher floor.
