Dog‑friendly, it lies five minutes from the city centre, with a bus stop 200 m away connecting to Latisana Train Station.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the place was very clean and welcoming.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a double room for three of us (two adults and our baby), but the room we received had mold on the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. The second room they offered smelled so strongly of mold that we decided to leave. The photo that was uploaded is from the first room – the bedside lamp broke when we looked closely or leaned over to inspect the mold, and the staff reacted very politely and kindly.

Clean and convenient hotel. For September, the price was good for a B&B. Rooms are a bit small but clean—more or less quiet area. Nice receptionist.

The staff were courteous. The room cleaning, in my opinion, was superficial. The bathroom was clean but the room itself was not quite.
