The hotel was very pretty, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped, everything was very clean, and there was always space in the parking. The staff on the floors were very pleasant! However, the front‑desk staff were not warm at all, gave no explanation about the hotel’s operations (pool, breakfast…) and didn’t even respond to a simple “hello.” It’s a real shame because everything else was perfect.
