Great location in Santiago near the Costanera shopping center; the mall and station are within walking distance, the neighborhood is calm, close to the park and the San Cristóvão funicular. The hostel is wonderful, very clean and organized, staff are super friendly and attentive, sending a message every day. The coffee is simple but good and meets needs; if you need it, they leave a snack for early travelers. I have nothing to complain about; it's worth it. The room is great with a heater, a hot shower, and they even provide shampoo and conditioner. Marvelous.

The breakfast was excellent. The room door lock was weak and didn't close properly, so that needs to be checked.
