Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Eastgate by IHG

“Excellent!”

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was a nice size, the beds were comfortable, as were the linens & pillows. A breakfast buffet is available here for a separate charge, but we were in a hurry that morning & chose not to eat. There is a restaurant with a bar attached to the property & a nice pool. It was exceptionally clean, & the AC worked perfectly, which was a verygoodthing. Dove products in the bathroom was a very nice touch. Excellent location, lots of stores & restaurants located around the hotel. All in all, worth the price & a nice stay

The room was pretty and comfy, but you have to pay an extra $15 per person for breakfast, even though it’s listed as free.

“Okay for an overnight stay but not a week”

The lobby was nice and the King bed was comfortable, plus there was a Keurig in the room; however, the pull‑out couch was terrible to sleep on, even for teens, all the ice makers on every floor were broken, the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the price, there was no coffee or tea in the lobby, and housekeeping started knocking on doors at 9:30 am even though checkout was at 11 am.

“Pricing was high”

The breakfast area was wonderful, and the food was satisfying except for the pancakes, which were pretty tough. I had to ask for a different room because the first room's air conditioner was quite loud.
