“Cosy stay by a lake !!”
The hotel sits beautifully in a cove by Lake Malawi’s shore, offering spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The owner and staff are friendly, meals are good, and the lounge has a great ambience. I stayed in one of the upper rooms, which lacked AC—something to consider for comfort.

The view over the lake and the small beach is beautiful. The dirt road through the tiny village is unpleasant, and for two of the four days there was no internet. There are few or no facilities for activities, neither nearby nor in the surroundings.

Really nice customer service and great Wi‑Fi. The shower had no hot water.
The staff were very friendly and the owner welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, the showers had no hot water; I know it’s solar‑powered, but nothing came out hot.
Nice place, well maintained. They didn’t provide basic items like butter or vegetables.
