I liked how the place was tucked away yet still close to Keswick, though it felt a bit worn out but the bed was comfy and everything worked fine.

The spot was spot-on—quiet, peaceful, and within walking distance of Keswick, making it a solid base for hikes and exploring the Lake District, with no complaints at all.

This was a charming spot, close enough to town but still secluded enough to enjoy great views, and there were no issues whatsoever.

The lodge was a little out of the way from Keswick, giving us peace and privacy, yet only a 15‑20 minute walk to the town and easy access off the A‑road for drives elsewhere; all the amenities functioned well and the instructions were crystal clear. The only downside was that the deck actually faced the driveway and other cabins, not a field as we expected—though beyond the next row of cabins there were fields and we could hear sheep.
