Mrs Maria was super courteous, very kind, and helpful; the room was spotless and offered a breathtaking view. No complaints.

The room was in a historic palazzo, with original floors and furnishings. Cleanliness was top‑grade, and Mrs Maria was exceptionally kind and helpful; she offered a kitchen and a lounge area and even gifted us water and seasonal fresh fruit. Breakfast, which was included, was served at the bar in the central piazza where everyone was very courteous.

We enjoyed a wonderful day and night thanks to the hospitality, quality of the room, hygiene, and location. San Giorgio is a gem in Basilica on the border with Calabria, an authentic mountain village that feels like a serene oasis of calm. B&B Dimora Valicenti is an ideal base for cycling or driving excursions in the area. The village still has a few bars and restaurants that stay open in winter. Thanks to the host!
