La amabilidad del personal. El lugar no está limpio, es incómodo, los baños se encuentran en piso distinto a las habitaciones, y es incordioso de noche no contar con baños en el piso. El espacio común es muy chico

I arrived from Odaiba that day, when the streets were being cleared for a festival. The front desk guided me around, pointing me toward nearby Super and convenience stores, which was a big help. I also got to visit Shinagawa Shrine for the first time. It would have been nicer if the front desk had a map to the nearest station.
