We wanted a spot right by Aventura Mall, and this was walking distance; the spacious studio was well equipped, the front desk staff were exceptionally nice, and we got the room immediately.

The service was excellent and the breakfast was super complete, and I noted the cleanliness and pleasant scent throughout the hotel. The only annoyance was the loud ventilation system in the room, which woke us up at night (room 714).

The apartment was ultra clean and we received an upgrade. Staff were very attentive and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent, right next to Aventura Mall. Nothing else to add.

Nothing positive. The hotel cancelled our reservation on the day of arrival and sent an email that morning saying the payment method wasn’t working, even though we had received a confirmation email the day before and didn’t receive any email that day of the stay. We arrived and found the reservation cancelled with no rooms available. They didn’t text me anything, which was a huge problem. I’m not sure if the glitch was because we had a confirmation the day before and no mention of a payment issue.
