The lodge’s exterior is compact but very cute and well maintained; the staff were spectacular and breakfast was very good. We stayed in a large room overlooking the mountains and the cemetery. Having a restaurant on site is a big plus, especially on weekdays when most restaurants close. I liked the wine list and the food was fine. In my room, the bedding didn’t seem to be cotton, maybe I was just sensitive, but my skin felt a bit irritated. The towels weren’t fluffy either. The room’s sound insulation was almost nonexistent, so you hear all the chatter from the restaurant and other areas. For those who want to walk around the town centre, the lodge’s hilltop location makes it a bit harder.

The service from Renata and Viviane was exceptional, and the breakfast was surprisingly good. I liked everything!
