The place was very clean and well maintained.

It was close to most places I visited like the Benfica stadium and the oceanarium. In the room there was only green tea, no tea bags, milk or spoons, and the TV was in Portuguese, which is understandable but could differ for tourists who speak English.

When we asked for taxis, the staff were very accommodating and gave us suggestions for getting to places. I had planned an itinerary, but one of the men behind reception, when we asked where to catch the bus, told us that the one specified would not take us near enough to where we wanted to go. He told us the best way to get to our destination in the city. Breakfast had plenty to eat, and the coffee, even though it came out of a machine, was very good. Nothing stood out as a problem.
