Nothing was comfortable or clean; the bed was uncomfortable, the room had no water, the pool area was dirty, the jacuzzi was marked but not present, and the surrounding areas were poorly maintained and almost dilapidated.

The setting was nice, but the hotel only has three stars and the overall condition of the facilities is poor, with black joints in the bathroom and the pool area smelling bad. We came back after five years and the place has really deteriorated.
