I had a great room with plenty of space and a comfy double bed, plus a little lounge area that was perfect for taking work calls. It was pretty quiet on the top floor when I was there, but I figured that was just because it was a slow period.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the hot shower was a lifesaver. That said, it's pretty far from the main attractions and beach if you don't have a way to get around, and the drumming next door started at 6 am every day - might be a problem if you're a light sleeper.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even when we showed up early with a kid in tow - they let us wait in a comfy spot and were really caring. The location's a great spot, close to the center but surprisingly quiet. However, our room was a letdown - there were cockroaches and the bathroom was filthy with a weird, strong smell that might've been from pest control. The walls were dirty too, and it's clear the room's been neglected for a while.

The gym and cafe amenities were a nice touch, and the staff were really friendly. However, things took a turn for the worse after 11 am - no one was around to help, not even for a glass of water. The rooms desperately need some ventilation, and I'm still feeling the effects - another guest had the same issue, so it's not just me. Overall, a mixed experience.
