The room was really nice, and they gave me a to‑go breakfast because I had to leave early in the morning.

The service was exemplary from reception to room service. This was our first stay here and it won’t be our last. The breakfast spread was amazing in both quantity and quality. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you ❤️

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I wasn’t disappointed. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and considerate. I was touched when they surprised me with a birthday cake in my room. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and delicious. The location is great, with shops and cafés along the road and Tunjungan Plaza just a 15‑minute walk. I will definitely stay here again after such great memories and hospitable staff.
