It was very, very affordable, but it’s marketed as a hotel while actually being a short‑stay “love motel,” so it felt misrepresented.

The location is okay, within walking distance of the train station, but the building and room are old. Because of an early train, we asked for an early check‑in 9‑10 am and received confirmation by email, yet when we arrived we were denied and told to wait until 3 pm, while a couple who arrived at 2 pm got a room immediately. The room is large but dimly lit; the bedside table still has sticky stains (probably coffee, unclear due to poor lighting). The fridge still contains leftovers from previous guests: two bottles of mineral water and two coffee sticks.

The place is spacious, but it feels old.

The spot is right near Dongdaegu Station, so walking gets you there in no time—transport is super convenient. The room is huge and comfy, and everything you need—brushes, razors, cotton swabs, the works—is there. On the second floor there's a self‑serve bar with toast and slushies, but the food never seemed to change all day, so I didn't try it. The real highlight is the free mineral water; staying a few nights here means you never have to buy extra bottles, which is awesome. The windows are apparently airtight, so even though the hotel is next to a highway, there's no noticeable noise. On the downside, the place looks like a love hotel but also lets regular tourists stay. Even with all the lights on, the room feels a bit dim. There's a strong cheap-scented fragrance in the room, likely from a timer‑activated diffuser; it was pretty nasty at first, but after the second night it felt a bit better (maybe my nose got numb). Overall the room was clean, but there were a few details the cleaners missed: a sticky, translucent stain on the TV desk that wasn't wiped, and some towels looked slightly yellowed. At least the bedding and pillows were clean. The toilet was a bidet, but it had no functions; I couldn't use it in my room.

The rooms were good. The woman at reception wasn’t very friendly and didn’t speak any English.
