I liked the area and the layout of the facility, and the whirlpool room was nice, but the regular suite was horrible. My second stay was terrible: the front desk man took forever and didn’t help at all, the phone in the room was broken, and the floor was very dirty.

The parking lot is okay, but an extra handrail on the stairs would help, and there was a spider‑web clump where the wall meets the ceiling near the TV.
