The hotel looked great, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It’s a bit far from the city centre or tourist spots.

The spa and wellness centre were spot on for travel, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The ambience felt like a resort, perfect for relaxing. However, the outdoor pool wasn’t heated, so the kids wouldn’t jump in after sunset. Both beds in our room were doubles meant for four, and my husband and I found them tight even though we’re not large. The TV wasn’t a smart TV and couldn’t even screen‑share or mirror.

The staff were friendly. Considering the price, it was a very good hotel, but the AC had a small issue that many hotels also have.

The nearby bus connection was convenient. The outdoor pool was very cold.

My son suffered multiple bug and spider bites during our stay. When we asked for help, the staff said they were fully booked and there were no premium rooms available, even though we had paid for them. Now back home I had to take him to the emergency room because he’s had fevers for two days, and I had to buy various medicines in Italy and elsewhere to treat them. Not only did he get the bites, but I did too, and so did my daughter. The pool was also a problem.
