The team was fantastic and attentive, and the service was top‑class. The rooms were spacious and private, and Kadek, who spent time showing us the hotel’s private art collection, was a wonderful guide. The property itself is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing, yet close enough to Ubud for a quick outing or dinner. I’d love to return.

A very friendly and spacious hotel where the staff took time to chat. Special shout‑out to Ayu, who was warm at breakfast and dinner, always smiling and making sure our meals and services were 100 % perfect. The only downside is the limited retail options, including restaurants and massage spas, on the road outside the hotel. However, the hotel shuttle ran four times a day, which was great, and the drive was only 15 minutes on a good day.

From the moment we stepped through the gate, the staff made us feel welcome, always smiling, asking if we needed anything, and happily answering all our questions. The hospitality level was truly exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, and we dined at the restaurant a few times; the food was delicious, especially the Nasi Goreng. The hotel also hosts BBQ nights with traditional Balinese dance performances, creating unforgettable evenings under the stars. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, which had everything we needed—slippers, an iron, and a minibar included in the price. The balcony with its private jacuzzi, overlooking palm trees and the pool area, was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel is conveniently close to the city centre, though traffic can get a bit busy during peak hours. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway with excellent service, tasty food, and a beautiful atmosphere. We’d happily stay here again! The only regret was that we didn’t stay longer.
