The hotel is small, very cute and well‑maintained, with a convenient location just a few meters from the Palmanova highway exit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pin entry system is great for late‑night arrivals. Mr Luca at the bar was very friendly! I hope to return. The single room lacked a bidet, but that’s not a big deal for a few days.

We skipped breakfast because it wasn’t included in the price. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The bed was uncomfortable, and the location is fine, but at night you hear every car, making it hard to fall asleep. Still, overall it’s good if you need a place to sleep while traveling.

Clean. I would have liked at least a coffee machine and chilled drinks at the reception.

Nothing good. The building feels old, there's no staff, the place is dirty and the bathrooms have showers without a proper cabin. It's unacceptable for the price they charge.
