Everything was great: the on‑site restaurant served tasty dishes, the laundry was cheap and fast, the pool was superb, staff were always ready to meet any request, and the massage service was outstanding.

The location was great and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was served on plates, which was acceptable. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking and the cupboards were broken.

Friendly staff made us feel welcomed, and the price was good for the spot—just a 20‑minute walk to Ubud centre. The rooms were tidied and got two water bottles each day. The only downside was that our room sat right next to construction, which sometimes roused us from sleep.
