La Quinta by Wyndham Montgomery

“I will definitely be staying here again.”

The place was spotless, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and the price was great. The location was absolutely perfect.

“Over all enjoy my stay and will continue to book there again.”

The spot is close to the interstate and a bunch of restaurants, and I snagged a first‑floor room that was very quiet and safe. The bathroom could use an update, and I have to drive down the road, cross the interstate, and make a U‑turn to reach the restaurants on the other side. The eggs in breakfast always upset my stomach, so I stick to a couple of muffins.

“None”

Everything was clean and the stay was comfortable. There was nothing negative to mention.

I liked the room itself, but the front desk lady charged my card and then claimed the transaction failed on her end. When I showed my digital receipt and asked to see a manager, he had to override something. After a 6‑hour trip, I was told we had taken your money and that I might not get it back. I never saw my $50 deposit returned. The staff were horrible, and I felt taken advantage of. I was charged almost $200 for a mediocre room and probably won’t use this app again. The hotel uses the third‑party status as an excuse to cheat guests.

“It was nice just would have appreciated more cleanliness.”

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I killed a roach on the nightstand one night, which made me uneasy, and after the cleaners came the second day there was an unpleasant smell in our room.
