The location was good, but the rooms were in terrible condition. I had to be moved to another room; the shower cabin was clogged and its doors were broken. In the second room, the shower doors were removed, the aluminum rails were bent, and a too‑long curtain blocked the shower drain. All the tile seams were moldy, the tile under the toilet was ruined, and the TV didn’t have Swiss channels and the staff didn’t know how to set them up. The front door paint was flaking. At the price of 140 CHF per night, I didn’t expect such poor quality for a Swiss hotel.
