The Wi‑Fi is spotty, no channels even though there's a Canal+ box, and the fan only works when it feels like it. Don’t stay too late or you’ll run out of hot water, and my room was right next to the drainage channel, so the smell was awful. I expected better for the price, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful—especially the cleaning lady and the receptionist. It’s definitely worth the price; if you’re willing to spend a bit more, consider the Studio apartment on the middle top floor for a boss‑mode experience. I couldn’t find any major drawbacks, though the Wi‑Fi inside the apartment’s balcony was weak (probably because of a smoker during World Cup season). No mosquito bites, but the staff love the bug spray, so bring some if you’re staying.
