Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Gave me expert advice on how to visit nearby Reserva Nacional de Paracas. Also, recommendations on restaurants in Pisco, plus detailed advice on how to return to Lima using local transport (including how much to pay for taxis.) Great location near the Plaza de Armas. Wonderful breakfast every morning. Don't change anything except try to get the word out so more visitors can experience your hotel
