The owner is very particular; we bought breakfast for the second day after arrival, and during the meal he stood and literally judged how much food each person took onto their plate, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, setting up a fire pit on the grill instead of the ground was extra chargeable.

The breakfasts and dinner were very tasty, the staff were helpful, and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s a great base for mountain hikes.

On the plus side, the grounds around the building and the breakfasts were fine, not fancy but a decent variety. On the downside, the first night there was a party outside the window that went on until very late, with loud noise, laughter, and music. The room was large enough for four people but it was dirty, the bedding was stained, the windows were dirty and smudged, and the balcony door was blocked and couldn't open. The worst part was the bathroom: moldy grout, spiders everywhere, and that awful smell.
