The location was perfect and all the staff, especially Mr Stack, were very helpful; the noise from the shop opposite us on the first night was gone by the next day.

The location was good, but the soundproofing was weak and we could clearly hear neighboring rooms late at night and early in the morning.

Best location for the price. The staff were lovely. The place looked a little rundown and old/worn, but it was absolutely fine for the cost.

The location is good. The pillows are extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep. The rooms are small and dark. The downstairs café has terrible staff.
