“Zgrana Paka w Budapeszcie”
The location is close to the center and 200 m from the metro station. Clean and everything matches the description. The staff are very communicative, helpful, friendly, and smiling. Breakfast is modest but fresh products and enough quantity. I think these are good conditions for a weekend stay for non‑demanding tourists and a quiet night after an intense tour of Budapest. The entrance to Esprit is a courtyard of an old, unattractive, and damaged building. The exterior impression improves the hostel’s aesthetics. Although the windows in the rooms are blocked, the rooms are small (it’s dark because sunlight doesn’t reach the lower floors due to high walls of the building where Esprit is located, and there’s little space in the kitchen). The parking and settlement process are somewhat chaotic (parking isn’t located near the hostel, and to pay for a card you have to somehow get to the reception first “somewhere” while parking, which isn’t easy in that area) and quite expensive… but it’s central Budapest, so those are market prices.
