The hotel staff delivered excellent service, contacting guests ahead of time to confirm arrival details and reserving rooms to fit requirements. During a minor emergency we needed to print documents and the hotel handled it flawlessly. The complimentary laundry service was a blessing after a week of travel, with clothes neatly folded and returned to our room, which we appreciated. Every team member was proactive, patient, and ready to help. Breakfast was substantial, with attentive staff monitoring diners’ experience. I highly recommend the hotel, even though the exterior isn’t impressive. The only negative is the noisy area; the neighborhood feels like a wet market, unpleasant, dirty, and messy, though this isn’t the hotel’s fault.

Wir hatten Mimosa Local gebucht, waren aber vorher 2 Nächte im Mimosa Pastel und konnten dort dann doch bleiben. Mimosa Pastel: eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer netten Seitenstraße!! Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schönes, sauberes Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen! Gute Betten, sehr gemütliche Bettwäsche. Sehr gutes Frühstück 50 Meter weiter im Mimosa Petite auf der Dachterrasse. Kostenloser Wäscheservice. Und abends ein herrliches Fußbad als nette Aufmerksamkeit. Gute Lage, viele kleine Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Zum Postoffice 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

IN UN TERRAZZA CARINISSIMA la colazione è STATA fantastica, tutto fatto in casa . soprattutto la signora Flora gentilissima e disponibile. Inoltre la camera non era pronta e ci hanno dato un piccolo rimborso

The price was a great deal, breakfast was delightful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was roomy and spotless. It might not fit everyone because there’s no elevator, but that didn’t bother us.
