There’s a place to eat outside the room, a kettle, cups, and the room itself is very clean, modern, and well designed, though there’s no place to wash up; the cleaner was very helpful. The location feels too far from the centre for me, and the area is littered with graffiti and rubbish everywhere, though the trash is collected nightly.

The rooms were very tidy and well cared for, the shower was nice and the space was fairly large, but the location turned out to be farther from the city than expected – it sits on a busy street, so it’s quite loud. The check‑in process was very poor; we told the staff we’d be arriving a day later due to a cancelled flight, but when we got there the room was still not ready and we had to leave our luggage in the hallway until 5 pm before we were finally given information and a room. It was unacceptable, no apologies were offered, and we had to involve the booking platform. I’m not sure this is an isolated incident, because I saw other people at the door calling and dealing with the same issue.

The proximity to the station and city centre was good, and the room was small but clean. Unfortunately, when the magnetic key is removed, both the air‑conditioner and fridge shut off. Having stayed in 36 °C, returning to a warm room without anything cold to drink was unpleasant. If they fix it, the room would be a 10.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location was hard to find and we had difficulty locating it.
