The staff were helpful, especially Mr. Junior who was always attentive and efficient. The room had working air conditioning, plenty of outlets, and I could come and go whenever I wanted after receiving the key. The electric gate at one entrance was very good. Breakfast offered a nice variety—fried banana, three kinds of fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cuts, hot cassava, eggs, bread, cheese, and ham. After paying, communication via WhatsApp was not very efficient. I needed to change the number of guests but didn’t receive a timely reply, even though I asked at least two weeks before arrival and was told the possibility would be checked. On check‑in day I waited outside on a deserted street with luggage and a laptop, while a restaurant staff member tried to call the owner—who also runs the restaurant—causing me anxiety as a woman in a quiet street. The wait was short but stressful and could have been avoided with a simple heads‑up that entry would be through the corner restaurant. Once I arrived, it was confirmed that a guest number change could have been made, but it was too late because the other party had already booked the room. Breakfast started late at 7:30, and the door to the restaurant was locked until then, though there was a free‑entry gate with an electronic barrier. Some breakfast items lacked proper storage; eggs cooled quickly and cheeses were not refrigerated. The breakfast area had flies and exposed food, making unprotected items unsuitable. It would be nice to have a thermos of hot milk as an option.
