The building sits in a great spot, looks a bit tight from the outside but Ciro welcomed us super professionally, and the room we stayed in was kept very well, spotless and scented. Whenever we asked for morning cleaning, the room returned perfect and fragrant. Special mention for the terrace, handy with all the gear for washing machine, coffee, stoves, etc. No negatives.

The spot is strategic for visiting Naples – 10 minutes to the centre, the metro is very close. The owner is very kind and helpful, the room is clean and quiet, and the mattress is exceptional, better than my own home. I recommend it. The entry door needs to be replaced.

The location is super central, right in Napoli’s university area, with the metro, bus, and taxi all within 200 m. The room and bathroom are spacious, and we even had a balcony overlooking the alley as shown in the photo. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and it was quiet. Air conditioning worked in the room. On the first floor there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped with all the appliances shown in the pictures—very convenient. At the top floor the building has a terrace with loungers and a view of Vesuvius. The staff and owner Ciro were friendly and helpful from the start, and I was very satisfied.
