The cancellation was fine, but the staff were unfriendly, the man at reception looked like he had used drugs and used condoms before the entrance, and the prices were raised by 400k at reception, which didn’t match the booking price.

The room stayed very quiet, so our little bundle of joy fell asleep almost immediately and was cutely snoring; we did not hear doors slamming or people talking outside.
