The room lacked a mirror, a standard hair balm, a comb, and even a pair of shoe spoons.

The reception staff were very courteous and responded quickly to every request, showing a high level of service and comfort, and they kept a pleasant conversation going—especially the woman who checked me in, for whom I am especially grateful. I would have liked either a hair‑dryer outlet in the bathroom or a mirror in the living room.

Everything was fine. There was no kitchen.
